Frequently Asked Question

Discovery Call is like a mini online meeting between a Virtual Assistant (VA) and potential client. This is basically an ‘ice-breaker’ session and used to find out more about potential client’s needs and if the VA can support them.

I hold discovery calls via Google Meet or Zoom.

Most of the time, a potential client would prefer to talk to someone first before they hire them. However, if you are completely not comfortable with the idea of a discovery call (I get it, a big introvert over here), it is not impossible to proceed to work together anyway.

In fact, I have had experience working with clients and communicating via email only from day 1, and they worked out well. However, both parties must be very clear in their requirements and communications to do this.

Payments are accepted through TransferWise. All payments must be paid in full prior to commencement of work.

Absolutely, a contract is to protect both parties. This is non-negotiable.

Being a working mom, technically I don’t have a set working hours – but generally I work Monday to Friday and emails will be responded in a timely manner. Most of my packages are deliverables based and does not require me to be “available” at certain hours.

That said, if you require a VA to be available at certain working hours in specific time zones, I am not the right fit for you.
